Column Reference
| Column | What to put here |
|---|---|
| Publish Date | Target ship date (YYYY-MM-DD). Leave blank for backlog items. |
| Content Title | Working headline — not final until keyword and intent are locked. |
| Content Type | Guide, Blog, Comparison, Template, Glossary, Tool landing page, etc. |
| Target Keyword | Primary query this asset should rank for. One keyword per row. |
| Search Volume | Monthly volume from your keyword tool (note the tool and date in Notes). |
| Keyword Difficulty | Tool-specific score (Ahrefs KD, Semrush PKD, etc.) — comparable within one tool only. |
| Search Intent | Informational, Commercial, Transactional, or Navigational. |
| Topic Cluster | Hub topic this piece supports (e.g., Technical SEO, Link Building). |
| Funnel Stage | Top (awareness), MOFU (consideration), BOFU (conversion/decision). |
| Primary URL | Planned slug or live URL once published. |
| Author | Who owns the draft — accountability, not byline vanity. |
| Status | Backlog → Planned → In Progress → Review → Published. |
| Notes | Internal links to add, data sources, refresh triggers, promotion plan. |
